How long will it take to get my order?

Please keep in mind that there are two time periods to consider. Production time which starts after we receive your approval on the proof, and shipping time, which is up to the carrier.

I see a lower price on another website, will you match their price?

Generally, yes, but please keep in mind we will compare not only the competitor's price, but their materials, production times, production methods, customer service availability and shipping charges. If you would like us to match a price, please contact us for more information.
